● ABOUT ISSUER

The Issuer is Kuala Lumpur based and commenced operations in June 2018 providing a host of IT solutions including infrastructure, software and hardware to various organizations and individuals in Malaysia. These solutions include development of e-commerce websites, mobile applications, customized applications and more. Issuer’s management personnel have more than 25 years of combined experience in the industry to date.

In September 2021, the issuer announced their collaboration with Selangor Information Technology & Digital Economy Corporation (SIDEC) to empower local Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) to digitalise their businesses. Through the Selangor SME Digitalisation Matching Grant, SMEs will be able to gain access to a 50% (or a max of RM5,000) grant on the fees to digitalise their business across a variety of aspects. Through the programme, issuer aims to kick-start the digital transformation journeys of 200 local SMEs.

Issuer also is an authorized reseller or partners for M-Link Systems (M) Sdn Bhd, Dell Malaysia and Jabra Enterprise Products.

The revenue and net income for the FY 31.8.2020 (audited accounts) are RM6.5 million and RM1.8 million respectively and net assets of RM 2.3 million.

● MONTHLY INVESTMENT RETURNS

The Issuer is now seeking to raise the last Investment Note of RM75,000 (second series) for their working capital which shall be repaid in eighteen equal monthly instalments. The Issuer has raised RM250,000 with RM175,000 outstanding. All repayments for the last 10 months have been made on time.

Please be informed that this Investment Note DOES NOT come with PRINCIPAL GUARANTEE protection. However, the guarantees of its shareholder and a third party guarantor has been obtained by QuicKash for this Investment Note.
